"Warranty got handled in the end"
I had a warranty issue with Xtreme Diesel, and to be fair, they did get it sorted out. It took a little back and forth, and at times it kind of felt like I had to keep nudging things along more than I should’ve, but support kept replying and eventually made it right.

"Install help was actually useful"
I ordered a part from xtremediesel.com and actually used their install guidance before I started, which I don’t always do. I’m the type who likes to look for the pattern in the steps first so I can see how everything is supposed to come together, and their instructions made that easy.

I’m not a pro mechanic or anything, just someone doing my own work in the driveway, but the process was laid out clearly enough that I wasn’t bouncing between random forum posts every five minutes. A couple parts still slowed me down, but that was more me double-checking the order of things than anything wrong with the guide.
Truck is running good now, and I’d definitely buy from them again. It’s nice when the support after the sale actually lines up with what you need instead of feeling like an afterthought.

The backorder updates were clear enough, so I always knew what was going on. That said, waiting still isn’t ideal, and if this becomes a regular thing, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

I ordered a part and had a question about the shipping, but it took a couple days before I heard back. By the time they replied, I was feeling mentally drained from waiting around and not knowing what was going on. To be fair, the answer they gave was helpful once they did get back to me, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just frustrating when you need info sooner. Customer service could definitely be quicker.

I did notice better pull after the upgrade, so that part is definitely good. It feels stronger and more responsive now. That said, getting everything sorted was kind of a hassle, honestly. The setup took longer than I expected, and I kept running into little annoying issues. Nothing major, but annoying enough to mention. Still, once it was done, the improved pull was noticeable.

The part showed up dented, which was already annoying, but getting it taken care of ended up taking way too many emails. They did respond, but everything felt slow and like I was the one having to push it along. i felt a little embarrassed having to keep following up over and over just to get it handled.

I ordered from xtremediesel and the shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. But the part itself was a letdown. After just a few weeks, it started wearing out and making noise, which really surprised me for what it cost. I expected it to hold up a lot better. It’s not the worst experience I’ve had, but it kind of killed my trust in that brand. I doubt I’ll be buying it again.

My order was showing the wrong tracking info, so I had no idea if it had even shipped or not!!! I reached out to support and they did get back to me and eventually got everything sorted, which I appreciated!!! That said, it took a few messages back and forth and a couple extra days longer than I expected!!! Not the worst experience, but definitely a little annoying!!!

"Pretty good deal on diesel parts"
I ordered a few parts from xtremediesel after looking around a bit, and their prices were better than what I was seeing locally. Shipping wasn’t bad either, which definitely helps when you’re already spending money on truck stuff. Everything showed up packed fine, and as far as I could tell it was all the right parts. For the price, I’d say it was a solid deal. I’d probably use them again next time I need something for the diesel

It wasnt a perfect fit, but it was close enough for what I needed. Took a little adjusting to get it right, but once it was on, it worked fine. Not amazing, not bad either.

I ordered from xtremediesel and the part did eventually show up, so that part was fine. Shipping just took a little longer than I was expecting, and the tracking info wasn’t super clear along the way. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kinda slower than I would’ve liked.

I ordered a part for my truck and, of course, they sent me the wrong one. Getting it fixed turned into this whole email back-and-forth that took way longer than it should have. I still had to sit around waiting for it to be sorted out, which was just frustrating. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but it was annoying

I reached out to XtremeDiesel with a few questions about fitment and the install, and while the guy I spoke with seemed to know the basics, it took more back and forth than I expected to get a clear answer. It wasn’t bad customer service, but I definitely felt like I had to over-explain things just to get the info I needed. I’d probably still use them again, but their technical support could be better. For the hassle and extra time spent, I’d expect some kind of credit or compensation to make it feel right.

"Frustrating mobile experience"
Trying to use the site on my phone was annoying. The filters kept resetting every time I changed something, and checkout was way more confusing than it needed to be. I even tried getting help, but I got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which just made the whole thing take even longer.
